These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and cx888 ("cx888", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the cx888 online gaming platform available at cx888.ws. 9.1 Platform Content. 11.1 Termination by User. You may close your cx888 account at any time by submitting a closure request through the account settings or by contacting the cx888 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method subject to standard KYC checks.

11.2 Termination by cx888. cx888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion in cases including, but not limited to: breach of any term in this Agreement; verified or suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; repeated abuse of promotional offers; or conduct that cx888 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other users.

11.3 Balance on Termination. Where an account is terminated by cx888 as a result of a proven breach of this Agreement, cx888 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance including both real-money and bonus funds. Where termination occurs without fault on the part of the user, verified real-money balances will be returned subject to standard processing timelines.

12.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which cx888 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you under the laws of Pakistan.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement or from your use of the cx888 platform, you are encouraged to contact cx888 support in the first instance. cx888 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body specified under the applicable gaming licence.

12.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the cx888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and cx888 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
